Mawj Lunatic 2023

Mawj Lunatic is the winery's ever-evolving white wine, created as a unique Mediterranean expression that changes from vintage to vintage. Produced in a limited release of 5,990 bottles, the 2023 vintage is crafted through spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, natural stabilization and minimal intervention. The wine is unfiltered, free from additives and matured in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, purity and its vibrant coastal character.

Bright and refreshing, Lunatic displays lively citrus and Mediterranean fruit aromas with crisp acidity and remarkable energy. Inspired by the rhythm of the sea and the changing lunar cycles, it delivers a refreshing, mineral-driven palate that perfectly captures the maritime character of Batroun. Made as a true Vin de Copains, it is designed to be shared, enjoyed young and opened without ceremony.

Serve well chilled at 8–10°C with oysters, grilled fish, seafood, sushi, fresh salads or Lebanese mezze.
