Château Ksara Le Prieuré 2022

Le Prieuré takes its name, and its grapes, back to where Château Ksara itself began, a blend of Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon and Mourvèdre still fermented today in the concrete tanks the Jesuits built in the 19th century. It's a medium-bodied, unoaked red with an easy character: a burst of exotic fruit, a little spice, and a trace of licorice picked up from the warmth of the Bekaa Valley. Serve it at room temperature or slightly chilled — it drinks well on its own or alongside dinner.
