Arak Muaddi is an award-winning artisanal Levantine arak handcrafted in Bethlehem, Palestine by master distiller Nader H. Muaddi. Produced in small batches using indigenous Palestinian white grape varieties and locally sourced green aniseed, every bottle reflects the rich distilling heritage of the Levant and a commitment to authenticity. The spirit is triple distilled in traditional Arabian alembic stills before maturing for at least 12 months, creating exceptional smoothness, purity and balance.

The result is a beautifully aromatic arak with vibrant notes of fresh anise, delicate grape character and an elegant, silky finish. When mixed with cold water, it develops the classic milky appearance that defines authentic arak while delivering remarkable freshness and complexity.

Traditionally enjoy one part Arak Muaddi with two to three parts chilled water before adding ice. It pairs perfectly with grilled fish, seafood, mezze, barbecued meats and authentic Levantine cuisine.
