Sept Viognier 2022

Sept Viognier is a natural single-varietal Lebanese white wine grown in the clay-rich vineyards of Riyaq, Bekaa Valley at 900 metres. Crafted with minimal intervention, spontaneous fermentation and indigenous yeasts, this unfiltered wine captures the pure expression of Viognier and its unique mountain terroir.

The bouquet offers aromas of white peach, apricot, citrus blossom and delicate floral notes. On the palate it is generous yet beautifully balanced, combining ripe fruit with vibrant freshness and a clean mineral finish that reflects its high-altitude origin.

Serve chilled at 10–12°C with grilled fish, shellfish, creamy pasta, roast chicken or soft cheeses.
