Mawj Grenache 2023

Mawj Grenache is a vibrant natural Lebanese red wine crafted from 100% Grenache grown in an organic vineyard overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in Edde, Batroun. Produced in a limited release of only 4,693 bottles, this handcrafted wine expresses the purity of the grape through spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, natural stabilization and minimal intervention. The wine is unfiltered, free from additives and matured exclusively in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh fruit character and coastal identity.

Its beautiful Phoenician-purple colour introduces aromas of fresh herbs and ripe red fruit. On the palate, layers of vibrant fruit unfold with silky texture and velvety tannins, creating an elegant Mediterranean wine with freshness, balance and remarkable drinkability. Mawj embodies the French philosophy of Un Vin de Copains—a wine made to be shared with friends around the table.

Serve slightly cool at 15–16°C with grilled lamb, roasted vegetables, pizza, pasta, charcuterie or Mediterranean mezze.
