Sept Cuvée de Soleil 2022

Sept Cuvée de Soleil is a handcrafted natural Lebanese red wine that expresses the sun-drenched mountain vineyards of Deir El Ahmar at an altitude of 1,100 metres. Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo, this small-batch wine is naturally fermented, unfiltered and made without additives, allowing the vineyard to fully express its character.

The nose reveals ripe blackberries, cherries and Mediterranean herbs, while the palate is elegant and silky with soft tannins, vibrant fruit and remarkable freshness. Carefully crafted with minimal intervention, Cuvée de Soleil reflects Sept Winery's philosophy of producing authentic wines that tell the story of their origin.

Serve at 16–18°C with grilled meats, roast lamb, Mediterranean cuisine, mature cheeses or charcuterie.
