Couvent Rouge - Rot 2014
The first nose of the Couvent Rouge Red shows the aromas of red fruits. The second nose insists strongly on red fruits and delivers alongside a mineral and woody flavor. The first note is sweet, with an underlined and balanced acidity that reveals a slight bitterness that develops elegantly on the palate. A balanced structure underlines the astringent tannins. The length and strength of the flavors provide an intense aromatic persistence.
