It was in 1927 when the Distillery of Puzant & Sarkis Kiwanian founded in the city of Afrin inventing a unique recipe named Arak BATTA till today they rely on this authentic recipe to preserve the unique character in the distillation of distinctive Arak Batta – Currently, this Arak is produced in Belgium.
SERVING:
Best served as one-third arak, two-thirds water. Finally, add the ice. Due to its palate-cleansing qualities, arak is the ideal accompaniment with mezze dishes
